rockbeachsports.com is a holding page. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and nothing to log in to. The only information it can collect is what you type into the signup form, and that form is optional — you have to go looking for it.
What is collected
Two things, and only if you submit the form:
- The name you enter.
- The email address you enter.
Nothing else. No account, no password, no phone number, no company, no payment details. If you never open the form, nothing about you is recorded at all.
Why
To send you one welcome email now, and to tell you when Rockbeach launches. Your address is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone for their own use.
Where it goes
Three things happen with it, and all three are worth naming.
- It is emailed to Anthony Di Fino, delivered by Resend, an email provider which handles the message in transit.
- It is stored in Airtable. That is where the list actually lives: a row with your name, your address, the date, and a status Anthony sets by hand.
- Your address is added to Rockbeach’s contact list inside Resend, which is what a launch announcement would be sent from.
Resend and Airtable are the only two companies that touch it. There is no advertising network behind this page and nothing is handed to one.
What this page does not do
- No cookies. The page sets none.
- No analytics. No page-view tracking, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- No advertising or tracking pixels.
- No third-party fonts or assets. The typefaces and images are served from this domain, so loading the page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests in the ordinary course of running a web server.
The welcome email contains two small images, both served from this domain rather than a third party. There is no tracking pixel in it.
How long it is kept
Until Rockbeach launches and you have been told, or until you ask to be removed — whichever comes first.
Getting removed
Every email carries a one-click Unsubscribe link. Using it stops the mail straight away and marks you unsubscribed in both places above — nothing to confirm, no reply needed.
If you would rather the stored row were deleted outright rather than marked, email anthony@rockbeachllc.com and say so. No form, no reason needed. It will be done and confirmed.

Rockbeach, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Questions about this page or about anything held on you go to anthony@rockbeachllc.com, which reaches a person rather than a queue.
