Rockbeach
Terms of use
Last updated 11 September 2026
These cover rockbeachsports.com as it stands today: a holding page with an optional email signup. They are short because the site does very little. When the products launch they will have their own terms, and those will govern them rather than these.
What you are agreeing to
Reading the page asks nothing of you. If you submit the signup form you are asking to be emailed when Rockbeach launches, and confirming the address you entered is yours to give.
What you get
One welcome email straight away, confirming you are on the list. It says what Rockbeach consults on today and links to rockbeachllc.com — which makes it promotional, and we would rather say so plainly than describe it as something it is not.
After that, an email when there is something worth telling you. No drip sequence, no weekly newsletter, and your address is not sold or rented. Every email carries a one-click Unsubscribe link, and that is the whole process.
What this page is not
- It is not an offer of services, and nothing on it forms a contract to provide any.
- It is not advice — commercial, financial, or otherwise.
- Signing up does not reserve anything, guarantee access, or set a price.
Fair use of the page
Please do not submit someone else’s address, automate submissions, or try to break, overload or probe the site. If something here looks broken or insecure, telling us is welcome and will not be treated as an attack.
What belongs to whom
The Rockbeach name, the lighthouse mark, the Mermaids mark and the words on this site belong to Rockbeach, LLC. The typeface used for the verse is IM Fell English, used under the SIL Open Font License.
No warranty
The page is provided as it is. It may be offline, changed, or withdrawn at any time without notice, and nothing on it is promised to be complete or current.
Who you are dealing with
Rockbeach, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Anything about these terms goes to anthony@rockbeachllc.com.
Changes
If these change, the date at the top changes with them. There is no version history to consult because there is no account to affect — if you have signed up and something material changes, it will be said in an email rather than buried here.
